Wild freeze-dried blueberries are added to chocolate to preserve better the antioxidants, vitamins and minerals (vitamins K, C and A, copper, calcium, magnesium, selenium, zinc) contained in blueberries. The sweetener is coconut butter sugar, which has a much lower glycaemic index (GI) than white sugar.
