Wild blueberries are added to chocolate in freeze-dried form to better preserve the antioxidants, vitamins and minerals (vitamins K, C and A, copper, calcium, magnesium, selenium, zinc) contained in blueberries. The sweetener is coconut sugar, which has a much lower glycemic index (GI) than white sugar.
