Organic black currant chocolate “Parim Ema”

The amount of freeze-dried black currants in 37 grams of chocolate is equivalent to about 40g of fresh berries. Coconut blossom sugar is used as a sweetener.

There is a hidden Estonian message on the inside of the chocolate package, which translates to “A mother is someone who can replace anyone if necessary, but who cannot replace herself.” 💖🍫

Slightly sour chocolate, which is creamy with finely crushed cashew nuts. Black currant is added to the chocolate in freeze-dried form to better preserve the vitamins contained in the berries (vitamins B, C and A). It is sweetened with coconut blossom sugar, which has a significantly lower glycemic index (GI) than white sugar.
