The amount of freeze-dried blackcurrants in a 37g chocolate is equivalent to about 40g of fresh berries. The sweetener is coconut sugar.
Slightly acidic chocolate with a creamy crunch from crushed Indian nuts. The blackcurrants have been added to the chocolate in freeze-dried form to better preserve the vitamins in the berries (vitamins B, C and A). The sweetener is coconut sugar, which has a much lower glycemic index (GI) than white sugar.
