The amount of freeze-dried wild blueberries in a 37 g chocolate is equivalent to about 40 g of fresh berries. The darkest natural chocolate!
Wild blueberries are added to chocolate in freeze-dried form to better preserve the antioxidants, vitamins and minerals (vitamins K, C and A, copper, calcium, magnesium, selenium, zinc) contained in blueberries. The sweetener is coconut butter sugar, which has a much lower glycaemic index (GI) than white sugar.
