The sales contract is concluded between the customer and Roosiku OÜ. The terms and obligations arising from the agreement are applicable to all customers who purchase goods from Roosiku OÜ’s e-shop roosiku.ee.
The customer can make purchases in the nammchocolate.com e-shop both as a registered and unregistered customer.
Terms and conditions of the sales contract, commercial and price information
Terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the e-shop. The prices of products sold in the e-shop are indicated with the products. and include VAT (22%).
A delivery fee is added to the price. The delivery charge depends on the location of the customer and the delivery method. The delivery charge will be displayed to the customer when placing the order.
Roosiku OÜ reserves the right to change prices in the e-shop without prior notice. If the price has changed after the customer has purchased the goods, the customer has the right to receive the goods for the amount he/she saw at the time of purchase and which is reflected on the sales invoice.

Placing an order and validity of the sales contract
In order to place an order, the customer must add the desired products to the shopping cart. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to expiry of the goods or for any other reason, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded, usually within 1-2 working days. Depending on the method of payment, it may take up to 7 working days to receive the payment.

Right of withdrawal
After receipt of the order, the customer has the right to withdraw from the e-shop contract within 14 days.

In order to return the goods, the customer must write a free-form letter to info@roosiku.ee within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The return request must include the Customer’s name, the name of the product and the order number.
The customer must return the goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that he/she has surrendered the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the goods to be returned, the e-shop shall immediately, but not later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal, refund to the customer all fees received from the customer under the contract. The e-shop may refuse to make any refund until it has received the goods covered by the contract or until the customer has provided proof that it has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to demand the return of the goods from the customer if the price of the goods in the online shop has been marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.
Liability and force majeure
The e-shop shall not be liable for any damage caused to the goods and for any delay or non-fulfilment of the order caused by circumstances which the e-shop could not have foreseen and which are deemed to be force majeure.

If the customer and the e-shop are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the customer can refer the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Committee. at.
