E-shop <\/span>nammchocolate.com<\/span><\/a> (hereinafter referred to as the e-shop) is owned by Roosiku O\u00dc (registration code. <\/span>12836577<\/span>), R\u00e4pina mnt 10, 65606 V\u00f5ru. Phone +372 58056009 and e-mail <\/span>info@roosiku.ee<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

The sales contract is concluded between the customer and Roosiku O\u00dc. The terms and obligations arising from the agreement are applicable to all customers who purchase goods from Roosiku O\u00dc’s e-shop roosiku.ee. <\/span><\/p>\n

The customer can make purchases in the nammchocolate.com e-shop both as a registered and unregistered customer. <\/span><\/p>\n

Terms and conditions of the sales contract, commercial and price information<\/b><\/h5>\n

Terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the e-shop. The prices of products sold in the e-shop are indicated with the products. <\/span>and include VAT (22%).<\/span><\/p>\n

A delivery fee is added to the price. The delivery charge depends on the location of the customer and the delivery method. The delivery charge will be displayed to the customer when placing the order. <\/span><\/p>\n

Roosiku O\u00dc reserves the right to change prices in the e-shop without prior notice. If the price has changed after the customer has purchased the goods, the customer has the right to receive the goods for the amount he\/she saw at the time of purchase and which is reflected on the sales invoice. <\/span><\/p>\n

Information about the goods is provided directly with the goods in the online shop.<\/span><\/p>\n

Placing an order and validity of the sales contract<\/b><\/h5>\n

In order to place an order, the customer must add the desired products to the shopping cart. In order to place an order, the customer must fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The amount of the charge will then be displayed, <\/span>which can be paid by bank transfer or other payment method. Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. <\/span><\/p>\n

2 verisoon:<\/span> which can be paid by bank transfer or by bank link. In the e-shop, the customer is redirected to the pages of Swedbank, SEB Bank, Danske Bank, Luminor, LHV and Coop Bank. To confirm the order, the customer must have paid and the amount must be 100% of the amount shown on the invoice must be credited to the Roosiku O\u00dc e-shop account. <\/span><\/p>\n

The sales contract will enter into force from the date of receipt of the amount due to the current account of Roosiku O\u00dc e-shop.<\/span><\/p>\n

Before paying for the order, the customer confirms (by ticking the appropriate box).<\/span>that he\/she has read and understood the “Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase of the E-shop”  and undertakes to comply with them.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to expiry of the goods or for any other reason, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded, usually within 1-2 working days. Depending on the method of payment, it may take up to 7 working days to receive the payment. <\/span><\/p>\n

Delivery to<\/b><\/h5>\n

Goods are shipped to the following countries:Estonia<\/span>
<\/span>The shipping costs are borne by the customer, and the corresponding price information is displayed in the shipping method. Shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the destination specified by the customer within 2-5 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. <\/span>
<\/span>In exceptional cases, you have the right to have the goods delivered within 14 calendar days. If the e-shop has informed the customer on its website or in the order confirmation of any delivery problems and the delivery period exceeds 14 calendar days, the delivery period published by the e-shop will apply. <\/span><\/p>\n

 is not responsible for delays or delivery failures  if the customer has entered incorrect or inaccurate information on the order.<\/span><\/p>\n

The e-shop replaces products at the customer’s request in case of missing products or refunds missing products, but is not responsible for products damaged in transit.<\/span><\/p>\n

…and the parcel is returned to us, the cost of the parcel will be 4 EUR, which will be deducted from the refund to the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal<\/b><\/h5>\n

After receipt of the order, the customer has the right to withdraw from the e-shop contract within 14 days.<\/span>
<\/span>The right of withdrawal does not apply if the customer is a legal person.<\/span><\/p>\n

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged or in any way damaged and in their original packaging. The transport of the returned goods shall be paid by the customer except. in the case of damaged goods. <\/span><\/p>\n

In order to return the goods, the customer must write a free-form letter to info@roosiku.ee within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The return request must include the Customer’s name, the name of the product and the order number.  <\/span><\/p>\n

The customer must return the goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that he\/she has surrendered the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.<\/span><\/p>\n

Upon receipt of the goods to be returned, the e-shop shall immediately, but not later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal, refund to the customer all fees received from the customer under the contract. The e-shop may refuse to make any refund until it has received the goods covered by the contract or until the customer has provided proof that it has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. <\/span><\/p>\n

The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to demand the return of the goods from the customer if the price of the goods in the online shop has been marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.<\/span><\/p>\n

Liability and force majeure<\/b><\/h5>\n

The e-shop shall not be liable for any damage caused to the goods and for any delay or non-fulfilment of the order caused by circumstances which the e-shop could not have foreseen and which are deemed to be force majeure.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dispute resolution<\/b><\/h5>\n

If the customer has any complaints about the e-shop, they should be sent by e-mail to. <\/span>info@roosiku.ee<\/span><\/a> or call +372 5805 6009.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the customer and the e-shop are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the customer can refer the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Committee. <\/span>at<\/b><\/a>.
